  I took a ring in to be repaired, needed the prongs re-tipped so it would stop snagging my clothes. After a week and a half I tried to call them, kept getting "call failed". I drove 30 minutes to get to the store and was told it would be the 21st when the ring was ready. Tried to call them on the 21st and still getting "call failed". I went online and did a chat and found out that my ring was ready. I can't go in until today, the 23rd, still no call, text, email, smoke signal, no communication that my ring was ready. I get there, it looks pretty, but there is still one sharp prong. I comment about it and the salesman says they probably can't do anything about it without making the prong too thin. I mentioned that all 5 of the other prongs are done properly. He says he's sorry and asks me if I "want" him to send it back, not please let us fix this for you. I asked him why would I want to send it back to a company that can't fix their phone after 5 days, can't contact their customers to let them know their item is ready and can't get the repair completed. Next time I'll go to Jared!!!
