  This Wal-Mart is like many other, same layout with a wide range of options. The associates where friendly and well mannered. The store was clean. The bathrooms need some work. Overall pleasant place.

  Received terrible service twice when I tried to pick up my new phone. They consistently tried to say that even though I was emailed saying I could come to pick-up, the package was still on a pallet "somewhere". Eventually I went while someone (I think named Rainie) was working. She pulled someone and had them help her find the missing package, which was apparently unlabeled and tucked into an incorrect bin. Thanks to her marvelous customer service skills I was finally able to get my new phone(old one broke) and be on my way rather than still waiting for someone to call me on a phone that doesn't work.
