  Store isn’t bad. Nice salespeople. Delivery guys were nice. Furniture was damaged and they sent the wrong mattress. Bought a canopy bed for my daughter and there is a major ding on the headboard, ding on one rail, ding on one canopy post and a rip on the bunk board cover. Single bed and they sent a full sized mattress. Basically a total disaster. They took the mattress back and are supposed to send replacements for the bed and bunk board. We had hoped to buy a new bunk bed for our boys as well as a sleeper sofa for the guest room but after this experience, no way.

  I went in today looking for a living room set to be delivered as soon as next week. I saw a floor model set at a great price. I paid for it in full. About 20 min after I left I got a phone call that the furniture I already paid for was not available and had already been sold yesterday. Ok, mistakes happen. But then he said "yeah I don't remember if you heard when we were checking out that guy say he thought the furniture was already sold" ...no I didn't but if you did, don't you think you should have looked into that before you completed the sale? I guarantee you I would have stayed and found something else. They couldn't just reverse my charge, I had to drive all the way back and run my run my card again for the reversal because the only other option was to mail me a check. Everyone was very nice but not looking into if something is sold or not is just pure laziness and I will not be going back.
