  I was in the store one day and spent ~ $240 on 2 pair of shoes. The service on that day was good. The pair of shoes I bought for work really hurt my feet. I went back to the store 5 days later to return them and was told they did not refund money, but could give me a gift card. Of course the return policy is not posted, but it is in fine print on the BACK of the receipt!! I will NEVER GO BACK! The guy helping me brought me out several pairs of shoes the wrong size despite me giving him my size.
