  Awesome staff, guy really knows his stuff. We delayed delivery until after New Year and got a call asking which day we wanted. Delivery guys were on time, friendly and all that.

  Sales- very knowledgeable staff, who were very patient, and understanding. They were able to work with us, through pictures of our home, and help us select the right stain color and style. I was highly impressed with them and the store is impressive. Service- the process was very easy and comfortable, with no hidden or misleading information. They stayed in touch with us on the delivery status and were on schedule. The delivery team was very careful and polite. Quality- I loved looking at all the showroom furniture with so many styles. These guys can build some quality furniture that will truley last a lifetime. Even after months of use, our bar stools are are sturdy as they were the very first day. Stain and finish were impeccable and impressive. Review- as stated earlier, very impressed, with all aspects. I am always wary of any sales type situations when having to deal with sales people, but they shocked me. I under estimated them. I'm sorry, and I'll see y'all again soon, for my next piece!!!

  Absolutely awesome experience from beginning to end. When I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly professional who was very patient and attentive to my needs. I ordered a farm bench for my dining room table and she helped me match the wood and suggested several money saving styles and ideas. My bench was delivered yesterday and indeed it is crafted work of art. Thanks for convincing me that great customer service still exist, and thanks for delivering a quality product that will last a lifetime. Rhonda Denmon
