  SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!!! Horrible customer service. Walked in looked at diamonds, asked about a diamond. The salesman did not know much. He went behind counter and asked the jeweler to help me. The jeweler looked right at me and SCREAMED NO!!! I immediately left. No way to treat a American. I am a Caucasian women. Could this be race related?? Never going back!!!

  These people are always so sweet, patient and thoughtful. Although this time my repair is extremely expensive, I know they will do a great job and back their work.
